Absolutely. CV-BOT processes all data entirely on your machine. Your CVs and candidate information never leave your computer and are never sent to any external servers. This means your data stays completely private and under your control.
CV-BOT uses advanced AI that runs completely locally on your machine. Once installed, no internet connection is required for the AI to function. This ensures complete privacy, and the ability to work offline.
Currently, CV-BOT supports PDF and DOCX formats. We're actively working on adding support for more legacy formats in future updates.
CV-BOT is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once you buy a license, it's yours to keep with no recurring fees.
Each license comes with 3 user seats by default, allowing up to 3 team members to use CV-BOT. If you need more seats, additional ones can be purchased and added to your existing license.
Yes! Your license includes free updates and maintenance. As we add new features, and improvements, you'll receive them at no extra cost.
CV-BOT requires Windows 11 for PC users, or an Apple Silicon Mac (M1/M2/M3/M4) running the latest version of macOS. A minimum of 8GB RAM is required.
